COVID-19 and its Impact on Health, Social, Economic, Political, and Moral aspects of life.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) The epicenter of this disease was first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei province, and has since spread globally, resulting in the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic. Common  symptoms include fevercough, and shortness of breath. Other symptoms may include fatigue, muscle paindiarrheasore throatloss of smell, and abdominal pain.
By seeing the nature of the disease how much its domain of influence could be the WHO has declared the COVID-19 disease as a pandemic, and we have seen that it has reached every corner of the world not a single country has been left out by this Pandemic Disease even some reports came that it is reached to the forests of Amazon it could be true as well as false but the point here is its domain is global.
Besides its domain of influence, as we are already acquainted with, the primary impact of it was health. In totality, until today it has infected approx. 2255989 people worldwide with a mortality rate of almost 7 percent approximately 1.5 lakh people died. To this date, no vaccine has been developed yet. only some advisories hs been put forth by world health Organisation in order to prevent its spread amongst the people which includes:

  1.  Wash your hands frequently:- Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.
  2. Maintain social distancing:-Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain the virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.
  3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth:- Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.
  4. Practice respiratory hygiene:-Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately. Droplets spread the virus. By following good respiratory hygiene you protect the people around you from viruses such as cold, flu and COVID-19.
  5. If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early:-Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention and call in advance. Follow the directions of your local health authority. National and local authorities will have the most up to date information on the situation in your area. Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This will also protect you and help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.
  6. Stay informed and follow the advice given by your healthcare provider:-Stay informed on the latest developments about COVID-19. Follow the advice given by your healthcare provider, your national and local public health authority or your employer on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19. National and local authorities will have the most up to date information on whether COVID-19 is spreading in your area. They are best placed to advise on what people in your area should be doing to protect themselves.
The above measures have been put forward by different health forums including WHO regarding how to prevent yourself from getting infected. as we know its impact on health is so devastating if not following the above measures regularly, at the same time it has its positive impacts upon the health systems worldwide as it has shifted the paradigm of the people to follow health hygiene. And it has also shifted the focus of the Govts. that in the future they are going to invest in the health sector as well, as the COVID19 has brought before them the loopholes in their respective health systems like lack of infrastructure, equipment, Doctors, other Health Workers.

As the primary impact of this pandemic Disease is health but at the same time, its immediate impacts were almost all other spheres of life like Economic, Social, Political as well as Moral.

The first reaction of the governments was lockdown in order to enforce social distancing otherwise pandemic disease could lead to community transmission and that may further worsen the ongoing conditions. But the lockdown has laid down the negative economic impacts almost on every nation across the globe as the most of the economic activities has been put on halt. which intern lead to the depreciating the economic growth of the countries. Every now and then the sharemarkets are falling day-in and day-out. Most of the people lost their jobs and some people on the verge of losing their jobs if the prevailing situations continued. Statistics are showing that only in the USA  approx 22 million people are on the verge of losing their jobs and think what will be the condition across the globe, in order to tackle the situations respective Govts are opening up their reserves in order to feed the people which will further deteriorate the growth and development of the nations.so an effective mechanism should be put in place in order to overcome the crises otherwise post-pandemic impacts would be immense or even some countries may collapse. The developing nations would suffer immensely.

The pandemic has impacted almost all spheres of life besides the health and economic impact it has socially disturbed the atmosphere across the globe, it has distanced ourselves from one another. we have seen the situations where a patient is socially boycotted even after the recovery. The worst-hit of the ongoing pandemic were three groups of people that include the old age people, the women, and the children.
It has also politically impacted upon many countries as one country is blaming another country for the spread of the disease we have witnessed America is blaming china and vice versa even Iran also alligated America for its spread. it has also disturbed the international relations of some countries because of blaming a particular religious group for its spread.
